Construction - 5mm Plate Construction, Plasma Cut, Folded, 50mm Corner Weld
Size - 600 x 600mm
Plate Thickness - 6mm
Fixing - 10 x 15mm holes for M12 bolts - resin or through bolt fixing
Load Testing - Bolted to steel column - Material Fixing Back to Dependant
Load Test 1 - GB600 - Single Down - SWL250kg (552kg fail)
Load Test 2 - GB600 - Single Up - SWL450kg (905kg fail)
Load Test 3 - GB600 - Double Down - SWL450kg (971kg fail)
Load Test 4 - GB600 = Double Up - SWL750kg - tbc
Increase Support Capacity - Brackets can be bolted back-to-back for increased support capacity
Bracing Between Brackets - M12 all thread bracing between brackets - 1000mm & 3000mm dependant on layout
Quality Assurance - Manufactured in the UK under ISO9001.Compatible with Unistrut 41 x 41C Channel or 41 x 20
Allowing Cable Tray, Pipes and Stacking if required
