• Mild Steel S355 plates blasted to SA2.5 to remove any mill scale and create a grip textured surface. As standard the plates come with Qty 4,  60mm hole in the corners.

• 60mm Holes – more if required.
• 40mm Pin Holes x 6 No or more to suit specifications.
• Sally Lifter Hole x1 (or more if required tbc weight).
• Etching Marking using plasma cutter - 12 characters approx. 100mm High.
• Painting Yellow – Non Slip RAL 1023 Traffic Yellow primer finish.

• Standard – 12mm,15mm,20mm,25mm,30mm,40mm,50mm
• Non standard – 6mm,8mm,10mm -  we carry in stock.
• 60mm– tbc availability.
• Max plate size – 4000x2000 tbc weight.
• Bigger Plates can be manually handled and worked – please ask for details.
  4000 x 2000 - 3000 x 6000 plates etc.
• Small plates available too – 600 x 600 or 1200 x 1200 for example.
• Tabs to be fabricated onto Cover plates to prevent slippage are also available.
